Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a plant native to Southeast Asia that has a long history of use by traditional herbalists and is commonly used as a culinary spice.
Ginger has more recently been shown to support digestive health and helps to temporarily relieve mild nausea and upset stomach. In addition, ginger possesses a wide range of powerful free radical-quenching compounds.
It may help relieve nausea and vomiting and aid digestion . Antioxidants and other nutrients in ginger root may help prevent or treat arthritis, inflammation, and various types of infection. Ginger may also reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, and other health problems.

Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, or as needed, with food.
